The Venetian or pleated blind features an internal motor within the blind head-rail, where it also incorporates a micro-control unit plus encoder. This allows simultaneous, synchronised movements of groups of blinds.

It allows blinds to be programmed to open and close at set times of the day, especially useful when you’re on holiday, and they can even be linked via a subscription service to temperature controls, allowing them to close automatically before rooms get too hot.

The beauty of this app enables MB System blinds to be integrated into the brain of the Loxone home automation system – the Loxone Miniserver. This offers tremendous flexibility and expandability with up to 30 extensions to integrate various domestic technologies such as lighting, heating, safety and security, energy management and entertainment systems.
